Yes. The validity of an Ijazah comes from the Sanad (chain of narration) and the qualification of the issuing teacher — not the medium of instruction. Our Mujaaz teachers hold the same Ijazah they would issue in person. Major Islamic scholars have confirmed the validity of online Ijazah.
